JC Fluid Power Isolate Hydraulic System

We were tasked with isolating the hydraulic system on a 20 tonne unloading crane on a production line. We build a bespoke frame to mount the existing hydraulic control valves and our new isolation valves. The crane is computer controlled and our isolation valves when activated give a signal back to the computer to tell the system that its fully safe to enter the cranes area of operation and that all means of movement are complete shut off. the feed back from the sensors to the computer are to a safety standard which is SIL 2 ( a probability of failure standard ).
